Order cancellation

Cancellation, due to the immediate execution of orders, is accepted only if requested within 3-6 hours after the completion of the purchase. Otherwise, if the order has been executed, the return procedure is followed.

Contract

The successful completion of the order by the user is a submission of a proposal for concluding a contract with our company. Upon completion of the order, an email is sent to the user where the details of his order are displayed (products of choice, payment amount, etc.).

Our company processes your order and accepts it by confirming the availability of the product and sending an email. In case of non-availability of the product, our company informs the user on the day of the order or the morning of the next day about the lack of the product.

Then our company sends the product to the user.
